self-service laundrymissing tea bagsdelayed room
The 24-hour self-service laundry room was set up professionally.
The tea bags were not refilled. Used spoons and cups were not replaced by housekeeping. Pre-registration didn't seem to help. My room wasn't ready even after check-in time.
